The most representative dish of the Trattoria di Campagna. For over 44 years, our polenta has been prepared with the same recipe handed down from generation to generation.
Aosta Valley, with Fontina DOP from the plain or from the mountain pastures, with Bleu d’Aoste, or accompanied by carbonada, sausage or fondue.
It was Nonna Palmira who started this tradition which today is more alive than ever.
