Our story begins in 1976.
At that time my grandmother Palmira was in Pila,
one of the most beautiful ski resort in Valle d’Aosta,
with my father Mauro and my uncle Enrico,
managed the Lion Noir hotel, surrounded by green woods
in summer and in Amazing white snow in winter.
After ten years of activity in the high mountains,
my grandfather Bruno decides to go down to Aosta and start this wonderful adventure that brought us here today.
Villa Boche was his old name:
a building from the First World War and inserted today in the historic houses of our municipality,
it was at the time surrounded by pastures and fruit trees.
It is from the suggestion of this virgin natural landscape
that the idea of his new name was born in my family:
Trattoria di Campagna.
The philosophy of our cuisine has always been based
on the development of the territory thanks to a rigorous selection of ingredients according to seasonality.
These values have never been lost over time:
in the kitchen my mother Sabrina with Oriana, our chefs, they are constantly looking for the best raw materials
and collaborate daily with the small producers of the Aosta Valley
give life to dishes that respond to the sensitivity of the customer attentive to local flavors.
More than forty years have passed, but we are only at the beginning:
With all my family and our staff, I am ready to commit myself to grow again.
